International Yoga Day Celebration

On 21st June 2022, the eighth International Day of Yoga was celebrated with great zeal at Pacific World School. Mr. Niraj Maheshwari, a trained yogi from the Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga, was the facilitator for the event. Along with the yogic exercises, he also touched upon various evils plaguing the world today and the dire need for a peaceful mind. The program saw wonderful participation by parents in not only doing yoga but also engaging in meaningful discussions on topics related to this year’s theme, Yoga for Humanity.
