To make learning mathematics interactive and interesting, Pacific World School recently organized MATH-O-MAGIC, the Math Week for the students of Grade-1 and 2 from 5th – 9th December 2022. The students played number games, took part in hands-on activities related to 2D and 3D shapes, solved tricky puzzles and Tangram, and designed their Mini Math notebook. They also made presentations on famous Indian Mathematicians like Ramanujan and Aryabhata, highlighting their contributions towards the fields of mathematics, astronomy and science. Going by the response, the event was hugely successful in welcoming the students into the exciting world of mathematics.
